Coco Gelato was first opened in Crwys Road in Cardiff's Cathays in 2014 a family idea which originated from time spent in Italy. They came back to Britain to introduce the finest Italian Gelato to Britain. From a series of extensive research and tasting they new the people of the British Isles would love this fine Italian dessert.

 

During our visits to Italy we focused on keeping the product to the highest Italian standards, everything you see in the stores are imported from Italy, from the gelato machines to the Italian chairs just to create the same aura of a traditional Italian Parlour. The gelato itself is also made with the finest Italian ingredients along with authentic italian machinery from the churning process to the freezing everything has been kept Italian!

 

The unique café-atmosphere includes the décor of a modern day Italian gelateria, our state of the art shops are created to give you the customer the most comfortable experience when visiting one of our branches. 

 

During our times researching deserts we discovered that by just producing gelato you the customer were missing out, their was something missing! Inspiration came from Europe the influence of a Belgium style waffle and a French crepe along with fresh cream cakes would be the perfect way to blossom the already delicious gelato flavours.
